NTT DATA, currently seeks a Field Tech Support/ Project coordinator to join our team.

Work Location: Queretaro

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration
• Hardware and software support (laptops, desktops, printers (basic))
• Videoconferencing equipment
• Ticket registration (Service now)
• Control and updating of physical and logical inventory.
• Conversational English

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years as Technical Support
• Networks (basic: knowing how to identify the type of equipment, configuration, etc.)
• Ticket logging
• Dealing with users

Activities

• Contact with multiple users within the office, plant, and VIP users. It is essential to maintain good communication and interpersonal skills and provide solutions or guidance with the support provided.
• Manage the inventory of accessories, consumables, and assets.
• Network: follow-up, escalations with the responsible person, configuration via phone calls with people from other countries, and coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation.
• Videoconferencing: system installation, account configuration, constant monitoring of videoconference rooms, coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation.
• Perform a timely monthly equipment audit.
• SLA compliance.
• Ticket logging (incidents and requests) in English.
