Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in administration, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

· 2 to 4 years of experience in administration, procurement, vendor management, or Project Management Office.

· Experience in handling contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.

· Preferable previous experience in financial services, or technology.

· Desirable experience in mapping processes, requirement gathering, and participation in organizational transformation projects.

· Previous experience in financial services, technology, or fleet management companies is a plus.

· Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).

· Familiarity with project management tools (such as Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

· Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Preferable knowledge of procurement processes and contract lifecycle.

· Attention to detail and high level of organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to develop and implement process improvements.

· Effective communication with different areas (legal, finance, IT, vendors).

· Results-oriented and deadline-driven.

· Teamwork and proactive attitude.

· Desired knowledge of process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or others).

· Familiarity with procurement processes and contract lifecycle is a plus.

· Experience with financial analysis and reporting.

· Team player with a proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

· Experience with vendor risk management and compliance.

· Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Monthly salary of $28,200.
