Reporting to the Regional HRIS Team Lead, this role will focus on supporting the delivery of the Workday Implementation Roadmap across LATAM, helping to ensure countries and businesses are aligned with the global standard HR processes.
The successful incumbent will bring with them the prior experience of embedding Workday and will have experience of working in fast-paced, highly commercial and entrepreneurial environments. Additionally, you will have experience of delivering beyond the day to day and working with the HR Leaders and other Centres of Expertise to deliver wider HR strategic initiatives and priorities.
Key Accountabilities
Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting both local teams and the implementation partner.
Lead and support all phases of the Workday deployment: design, testing, implementation, training, and communication.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, identifying needs and communicating the impact of HR system changes.
Analyze and manage complex data using tools like spreadsheets and EIBs, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
Stay current on Workday updates and assess their impact on existing configurations and processes.
Support local teams in defining project requirements, including employee data and organizational structures.
Promote best practices, ensure compliance, and maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach in all interactions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products
An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”
Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
Excellent HR experience and knowledge
