A growing digital team is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support major initiatives focused on enhancing customer data platforms and integrating them across marketing ecosystems. This position involves working on Data-Driven Experience (DDX), Loyalty programs (DDXL), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role also includes some Scrum Masterresponsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery within Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for initiatives involving customer data and marketing platforms.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage communications effectively.
Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and develop process flows.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
Lead and validate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyze data to support business decision-making.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as needed.
Assist in removing team blockers and supporting Agile practices.
Support and coach team members on Agile principles where necessary.
Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize sprint backlogs.
Track project progress and report key performance metrics.
Foster communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within data-centric programs.
2–3 years of experience managing Scrum Master responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with large teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Experience with Big Data platforms is a plus.
