Descripción
Weldmation de México is a specialized services company that provides support to various clients in the automotive sector by assigning personnel to engineering projects. We are looking for:
Data analyst & coordination
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology related field
Experience
• 2 to 5 years' expertise
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking English required.
• Experience in Change Management and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Programming (e.g. VBA, java script, python, C+, etc.) and software development experience
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data/information for reporting
• Experience on automotive industry is a big plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Experience in Project/Program management (tracking new tool and/or process testing / piloting experience is a plus)
Soft skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, eager to take ownership and deliver results with minimal direction
• Able to prioritize and deliver time sensitive deliverables with high quality in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with global cross-functional teams
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Aptitude for IT and automation work
• Demonstrated experience as a solid team player and collaborator
• Experience in coaching and training
