We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support and enhance brand messaging through engaging email campaigns, meaningful influencer collaborations, and impactful CSR initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, focusing on personalized, trigger/signals-based messaging.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling visuals and copy.
Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve results.
Influencer & Collaboration Projects
Identify and build partnerships with influencers, creators, and industry collaborators aligned with brand values.
Manage campaigns from outreach to execution and performance tracking.
Maintain a calendar of collaborations and product placements.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Lead and manage CSR initiatives that support inclusivity, sustainability, and community well-being.
Collaborate with like-minded partners to drive projects that empower future generations and help communities thrive.
Promote CSR initiatives through digital channels to amplify impact and inspire positive change.
General Marketing Communications & Community Engagement
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and campaigns.
Support the marketing team with brand awareness and engagement initiatives.
Engage with social media and forum comments, reviews, and customer feedback.
Monitor sentiment, surface insights to the team, and help shape brand perception.
Contribute to content planning, product messaging, and campaign execution.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital coordination.
Experience with email marketing platforms and HubSpot marketing tools.
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social media platforms.
Understanding of CSR practices and interest in cause-based marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with eCommerce brands.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Experience with programmable email and HubDB.
