Key Responsibilities:
Accomplish goals according to production plan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Manage resource allocation (materials, personnel, and equipment) to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and increase operational efficiency.
Monitor plant performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting operational plans to meet production and quality objectives.
Lead and manage the production team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth and effective production operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in production management within the automotive industry or advanced manufacturing.
Strong leadership skills: the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset: focused on achieving and exceeding production, quality, and cost goals.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to make data-driven decisions based on performance analysis.
