Hyperion México is looking for a:
VALUE STREAM SUPERVISOR
This position is key in the business, is responsible to all aspects of manufacturing activities, maintenance, development and testing of production to ensure compliance with business objectives, maximize productivity and maintain the highest levels of labor for all production activities. Direct and coordinate resources within the production area to ensure that all areas are produced efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards, ensuring that health, safety and environmental requirements.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Automation (With professional license)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum work experience of 5 years in processes, production, continuous improvement. Experience in world-class companies and automotive metalworking gyro with robust QMS. Availability to roll 3 shifts.?
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Compliance and monitoring of the production plan
- Proper use of raw materials and tools
- Maximize operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain a production planning system
- Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, equipment, work practices and processes
- Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing activities, maintenance, development and testing of internal tools to ensure compliance with business objectives, maximize productivity and maintain the highest levels of labor for all production activities
- Direct and coordinate resources within production area to ensure that all production are produced efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards, ensuring that health, safety and environmental requirements
- Manage the team in the best technical practices establishing standard procedures, while advising and leading the team
- Implementation of improvements for the investment of new equipment
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the work area
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge in dies and molds
- Knowledge and application of lean tools
- ADVANCED ENGLISH

• Excellent leadership and human management skills
• Ability to manage a variety of multifunctional team members
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
