TRANSSION Mexico is looking for a highly motivated recent graduate to kickstart their career in Human Resources. If you are proactive, results-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, international, and people-oriented organization, this is your opportunity!
What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting different areas of HR, including:
- Talent Acquisition – post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Performance Management – support goal tracking, evaluations, and improvement initiatives.
- HR Administration – maintain personnel files, track vacations and leaves, and handle HR documentation.
- Data & Reporting – assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and analysis.
- Policy & Process Development – help update HR procedures and contribute to best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Conversational English level (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous HR-related experience (internships or professional practices) is a plus, but not required.
