Requirements:

• 5+ years supporting business functions, specifically Finance processes and reporting
• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, finance or related areas.
• Advanced Excel.
• SAP knowledge.

Objectives

Strategic partner of the business, focused on the commercial strategy through the joint construction of projections, budgetary and financial control. It is expected to be an important participant in decision-making and assist the designated business units with a financial look to develop a key role in identifying the main risks and opportunities to materialize and optimize financial business perspectives.

Additionally, will be responsible for monitoring the business units' income, expenses, and profitability and providing clear and precise information that facilitates decision-making through the preparation and interpretation of financial and commercial Information

Accountabilities:

• Assumes Business Partner ownership of several of the Business Units and acts as “right hand” to the Business Unit Director
• Supports preparation and analysis of P&L of the Management units
• Identify and understand key business drivers, incorporate them into operating budgets, and develop variance analysis to track business unit performance as a strategic partner.
• Supports the implementation and monitor the organization's operational and financial objectives and strategies, to meet targets agreed. Propose and follow-up on KPIs like profitability per BU / product
• Lead the monitoring and approval of the budget execution for each of the areas of the company to guarantee correct income execution and expenses and identify possible savings and/or deviations.
• Partners with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate financial data into compelling narratives.
• Develops and delivers presentations that effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders. Bring financial data to life and influence business decisions.
