Commercial Support
Partner with the sales team to evaluate custom pricing proposals and large fleet tenders.
Support new business opportunities with pricing models and risk analysis.
Collaborate financial viability for new products and integrate to pricing model.
Analytics & Performance
Conduct regular margin analysis and recommend adjustments to optimize profitability.
Use data analytics to evaluate customer segmentation and price sensitivity.
Work closely with finance, operations, procurement, and marketing to align pricing with business goals.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and risk tolerances.
Process Improvements & Automation
Identify opportunities to automate pricing processes using technology and software tools.
Continuously improve pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial management—preferably in fleet, automotive, leasing, or logistics.
Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
Proficient in Excel, pricing software/tools, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of cost drivers and revenue models.
