- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards in all HR activities.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements and optimize processes.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Profile
- 5+ years in HR leadership roles within large industrial environments.
- Was a part of the lauching of new facilities or building HR departments.
- Strong background in labor law, union negotiations, and litigation.
- Management of external relations with government and industry organizations.
- Familiarity with migration processes and compliance in Mexico.
- Bilingual.
- Strategic mindset, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
