Your main activities will be to guide and support clients that have difficulties creating accounts, making payments, linking calls or messages,etc.

• On-site ( CDJ, chihuahua)
• No sales, no collections.

• Earn Up to $4,000 MXN with bonuses included.
• Attendance, Productivity, and training certification bonuses.
• Transportation bonus ($100 MXN daily approximately) Applies to early morning schedules and after 8:00 PM.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (conversational) *Are you able to comfortably and fluently communicate with native speakers?
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Previous call center experience preferred (not obligatory).
• Availability to work on weekends.
