This company is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of hyperscale data center solutions, partnering with some of the most influential technology corporations in the world. Headquartered in Asia and operating in multiple continents, it is recognized for cutting-edge innovation, speed of execution, and unwavering commitment to quality and compliance. Its solutions play a critical role in supporting cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and sustainable digital infrastructure.
The Ciudad Juárez operations represent one of the most strategic hubs in the Americas, serving as a cornerstone for the company's North American manufacturing footprint. With a workforce of over 6,000 employees, the site currently operates three advanced manufacturing plants, with a fourth facility in active expansion. These operations are highly automated, designed for high-volume, high-precision assembly and validation of server equipment that powers the data centers of some of the largest global tech players.
The local operation is distinguished by:
- Multi-site integration with seamless coordination across facilities.
- Advanced automation and robotics driving operational efficiency.
- Rigorous adherence to global quality and compliance standards, including frequent external audits from clients and regulatory agencies.
- Direct collaboration with global engineering, supply chain, and quality teams in Asia and the United States.
In addition to its technological sophistication, the company in Ciudad Juárez operates in a dynamic and fast-growing business environment, requiring leadership that can adapt to rapid expansions, large-scale projects, and complex cross-border operations. This context demands robust security governance, not only to safeguard assets and personnel, but also to ensure uninterrupted operations in compliance with international programs such as CTPAT, OEA, and Protección Civil.
The organization values operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and strategic thinking, making it an ideal environment for leaders who thrive in high-demand, multi-stakeholder environments. The incoming Security Manager will be joining a team with a strong operational backbone, but also with new challenges ahead as the company expands both in physical footprint and in the complexity of its supply chain and customer engagements.
Description
The Security Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing all corporate security operations across four manufacturing facilities in Ciudad Juárez, ensuring the protection of assets, personnel, and infrastructure in a high-demand, multi-site industrial environment. This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in large-scale manufacturing settings, the ability to manage complex operations, and the capability to engage effectively with both executive stakeholders and external authorities.
The Security Manager will play a hands-on leadership role, actively involved in day-to-day operations while also driving long-term security strategy, ensuring compliance with CTPAT, OEA, Protección Civil, and other corporate and regulatory requirements. The role demands mobility between sites (no transportation allowance provided) and occasional travel to the United States (valid visa required) to coordinate with company facilities and warehouses.

-
Lead incident and crisis management, ensuring swift and effective resolution of conflicts, emergencies, and security breaches.
-
Coordinate directly with local, state, and federal authorities (police, Protección Civil, customs agencies) to address security matters and maintain compliance.
-
Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, including customer visits and compliance inspections, representing the company as the primary security contact.
-
Oversee budget control and cost optimization for security-related expenses.
-
Mentor, train, and develop the internal security team, promoting a vigilance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-
Recommend technological upgrades and process improvements to strengthen security posture.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, compliance, and EHS teams to support business continuity and risk mitigation.
