- Training for Molding Technicians
- Support and teamwork with mold maintenance for the improvement of the injection process and care of the tooling
- Comply with company requirements and safety guidelines. Authority to stop an operation if the product is defective (quality) or endangers the integrity of the mold, machine, or personnel
- Support and teamwork with machine maintenance for the improvement and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance of injection machines
- Transfer of new molds from start to finish (from kick off, mold design, trials, part release, process sheet
- Monitors equipment downtime and is proactive in keeping equipment running in good condition.
- Elaboration of process sheets of production parameters of the parts in the molding machines under the methodology of Scientific Molding
Competencies:
- Knowledge Plastic injection molding
- Knowledge EPDM injection molding
- Programming and adjustment of JING DAY, DESMA Molding Machines
