Description
The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for a newly established business unit in Chihuahua. This role requires a hands-on, strategic HR professional capable of building HR processes and programs from the ground up while supporting rapid business growth. The HR Lead will report to the HR Director and act as the key HR partner for local leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies and compliance with Mexican labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for administrative and operational roles, implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Develop and implement talent development programs, including performance management, training, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Drive cultural integration initiatives to align the new business unit with the organization's global values and standards.
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that support employee engagement and retention.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to local leadership on people management, organizational change, and HR best practices.
Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws, internal policies, and corporate standards, mitigating risks and promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local practices with corporate frameworks and contribute to global HR initiatives.
Utilize HR analytics to track workforce metrics, inform decision-making, and optimize HR programs.
Support change management efforts, particularly during expansion, process implementation, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Promote high-performance focused on results, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Profile
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HRBP or equivalent experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
Proven experience in Greenfield projects, new site setups, or major organizational transformations.
Expertise across all HR functions: recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business orientation and results-driven focus.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel as required.
