GENERAL FUNCTION
The Employee Services Sr. Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing company-wide employee support services, including transportation, canteen operations, and medical assistance programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency by developing strategies, managing service teams, and ensuring high standards across multiple sites and business units.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Canteen Service
• Define and enforce service standards for food quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
• Lead vendor negotiations, performance reviews, and cost control efforts.
• Introduce innovation and variety in meal plans aligned with employee health and preferences.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Transportation System
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and performance of employee transportation programs.
• Optimize routes, vendor contracts, and cost-efficiency through data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all transit operations.
Medical Service:
• Oversee occupational health programs and medical services.
• Partner with health providers to ensure emergency readiness, medical compliance, and wellness initiatives.
• Lead company-wide wellness campaigns, health screenings, and mental health support.
• Oversee the delivery of on-site medical support and first aid services.
• Manage relationships with external health service providers, including clinics and insurance providers.
• Manage external and internal audits
Budgeting & Reporting:
• Develop annual budgets for all employee service functions and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on service performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor service satisfaction through feedback surveys and improvement plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Facilities Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
· 8+ years of progressive experience in employee services or administration, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
· Fluent in Spanish and English
· Proven experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to multinational or large-scale operational environments.
· Knowledge of labor, transportation, food safety, and occupational health regulations.
· Change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
