Description

• Managing and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives, fostering accountability and performance.
• Overseeing the full order life cycle, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Acting as the primary contact for escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Leveraging Oracle ERP and other tools to monitor order status, identify bottlenecks, and improve visibility.
• Driving process improvements and standardization across customer service operations.
• Collaborating with global stakeholders to align service strategies and support business growth.
• Supporting change initiatives and promoting agility and continuous learning.

Profile

• + 5 years of experience in Customer Service, within a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flows and global logistics.
• Proficient in Oracle ERP; SAP experience may be considered.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and driving team accountability.
• Fluent in English, with experience communicating across international teams.
• Willing to relocate to Delicias, Chihuahua (relocation support provided).
