Job responsibilities and functions
Monitor day to day KPIS for each of the clients and Confie ensuring meeting goals.
Document Improvement plans, innovate on current metrics not met or those that require improvement to strengthen Operations on each of these.
Managing day to day relations with multiple clients
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
Maintain constant communication with direct report on the status of each client under his/her responsibility.
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Evaluation of needs and review of performance of people under his/ her hierarchy, provide feedback under Confie processes, and implement improvement plans focus on mitigate or eliminate areas of opportunity and prepare them to growing opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Indispensable)
Advanced English level
Specialized knowledge:
KPI's management skills
Experience in strategic planning with multiple clients.
Computer knowledge:
Microsoft Office advanced skills
Experience:
5 + years of experience in Operations Management (Preferably in customer service, technical support and sales)
