HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions for the facility, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with corporate HR in the United States, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and succession planning.
• Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead the HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a multinational company; strong preference for experience with a U.S. publicly traded company.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to partner effectively with leadership teams and influence decision-making.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is an asset.
