Description

• Lead a regional team of People Services representatives and specialists, ensuring high-quality HR support.
• Develop and execute service delivery strategies in partnership with global People Operations leadership.
• Build strong relationships with regional business leaders to understand needs and align HR services.
• Collaborate with HR Business Leaders, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Support employee initiatives and contribute to regional HR leadership.

Profile

A successful Sr. Manager People Services should have:

• Bilingual
• Proven work in HR service delivery or shared services leadership, ideally in multinational environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across regions.
• Time working in LATAM or similar regional HR roles is highly desirable.
