SALES REPRESENTATIVE
About the Company
DX-Chemical S. A. de C. V. is a Mexican company that has been part of the Jian Hua Corp Group in China since 1979. We have been marketing the JUXING product line in Mexico and Latin America since 2020. These are specialized materials for the manufacture of PVC products. We have an office in Celaya, Guanajuato, and a warehouse in Querétaro.
Job Requirements
a) Bilingual Spanish and English (A good level of English is required because all oral and written communication is in English with China sales team)
b) More than two years of experience as a Sales Representative is desirable in the PVC or polymer industries.
c) We require a minimum education level of a bachelor's degree (100% credits, Diploma not essential), preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or International Trade.
d) Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English - Spanish). Oral and written communication skills will be assessed. In this position, communication with clients is in Spanish and with the company in English.
e) Home Office Job 80%, but willingness to travel around Mexico.
f) Results-oriented and teamwork.
g) Have a valid passport as a form of identification for signing an ultramar contract.
h) You must have a cell phone and laptop with MS-Excel and internet access.
i) Be aware of the time difference with China (on average 15 hours ahead). Communications and business or technical meetings occur late at night or early in Mexico City time. For example, at midnight (24:00 hrs) in Mexico City, it's 2:00 p.m. in China.
j) We need industrial salespeople with experience selling raw materials in the plastics sector. No students, no sales theorists, no sales philosophers, no engineers, or administrators without sales experience.
Position Responsibilities
1) A home office is requested.
2) Identify and contact potential clients to promote our chemical products.
3) Make customer visits to present our products and close sales.
4) Follow up on orders, quotes, and collections.
5) Maintain a close relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
