Oversee all HR functions for the facility, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Act as the primary liaison with corporate HR in the United States, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and succession planning.
Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead the HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working in a multinational company; strong preference for experience with a U.S. publicly traded company.
In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Proven ability to partner effectively with leadership teams and influence decision-making.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is an asset.
