Schneider is looking for an IT Solution Developer Jr. Support

Job Summary:

The IT Solution Developer II designs, develops, and maintains automated systems to support business processes. The role focuses on application support, including monitoring and resolving issues. It involves working independently on moderately to highly complex projects, with some oversight on more complex tasks. This is an intermediate-level professional position.

Especialized Knowledge:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or the equivalent
• Proficient skill with Java-based software development
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Python is desirable.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in SQL.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Kafka
• 2 to 4 years creating Unit test
• Proficient knowledge of system design, development, development patterns, quality assurance, integration methodologies as well as business and IT strategies, architectural standards, and software / application capabilities.
• Desire Agile Methodology
• Remote position

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary Focus: Support and maintain systems through monitoring, triaging, and light development work, serving as a pipeline into full software development roles.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system events, alerts, and batch jobs across multiple platforms to identify and respond to abnormal activity.
• Provide active monitoring of applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Diagnose and resolve application errors and issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively identify and address potential problems.
• Support the resolution of deployment, warranty, and post-warranty issues and defects, and other domain-related design or solution problems.
