We are seeking a Project Manager with junior to mid-level experience in renewable and/or conventional energy projects. This position, based in La Paz, BCS, México offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact energy initiatives within an international and fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with lead engineers and company leadership to develop customized solutions for client projects.
Manage the full project lifecycle—from initial planning to final delivery—ensuring schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively aligned.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and design engineers, based on project requirements.
Support engineering teams by balancing workloads and aligning resources with project demands.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
Lead and coordinate follow-up meetings to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
Maintain ongoing communication with administrative and accounting teams, including coordination of invoices and financial documentation.
Generate progress reports and summaries of deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development of project proposals and supporting documentation.
Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, workflows, and processes.
Lead regular project meetings to review status, changes, and next steps.
Keep project tracking systems and reporting platforms updated with current status and relevant data.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
Experience interfacing with clients and supporting their objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
Skilled in managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects.
Familiarity with electrical, energy projects.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable presenting to and working with interdisciplinary teams.
Experienced in writing proposals, managing timelines and budgets, handling change orders, generating progress reports, and communicating project requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to supporting engineering teams.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
BS in in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Industrial or other Related Engineering or other technical Bachelors from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two years relevant work experience including Project Management or in a related field.
