Job requirements
- University degree.
- Knowledge of CAM technologies to facilitate manufacturing.
- Expert experience in CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Advanced level of English.
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to rapid market changes.
- Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
- Experience in product design and product lifecycle management
Job responsibilities
?
- Manage the product life cycle, overseeing all stages of development from research and design to marketing, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
- Ensure compliance with product development regulations, including quality, environmental, and safety standards, as well as industry-specific requirements such as IATF 16949 for the automotive sector.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement in products and development processes, applying principles of continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary product development teams, including engineers, designers, and other departments, to ensure that development is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Identify and assess risks during product development phases, ensuring the implementation of corrective measures to minimize impacts on safety, quality, and the environment.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
- Oversee product testing and validation to ensure compliance with established quality, functionality, and safety requirements.
- Manage technical documentation, development reports, and test records appropriately and in compliance with ISO certification requirements.
