ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Maintain and support current operations of the ERP and legacies systems.
· Correct errors and support users by prioritizing critical processes.
· Manage user access to corporate ERP and legacies systems, ensuring data security and compliance.
· Orchestrate the integration and seamless communication of diverse systems, interfaces, and new developments
· Responsible for creating and maintaining reports across all corporate systems
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into specific projects and proposals for system modification.
· Design, develop, and implement new systems or technological solutions by selecting and configuring appropriate hardware and software.
· Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all new systems and updates.
· Provide comprehensive training and user manuals to end-users on new systems, system updates and system processes.
· Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements for the company's industry.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 4 years of technical program and project management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions.
· SQL expertise, including reporting, querying, and data extraction.
· Proficiency in database design, information system modeling, and management.
· Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts is preferred.
· Experience with ERP systems (YARDI is a significant plus).
· Strong technical English.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
SALARIO:
$25,000 MXN BRUTOS MENSUALES (antes de impuestos) NO NEGOCIABLE
- Bono anual por objetivos de hasta 1 mes de salario (prorrateado a tu fecha ingreso)
- Fondo de ahorro topado a 3,120 mxn mensuales aportación empleado y mismo monto aportación de la empresa.
- Vales despensa : 10% de tu salario mensual ( 2,500 mxn mensuales )
