IT Business Analyst (Feature Lead)
A Feature Lead, is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver technology solutions.
This role ensures the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes. They have built significant experience through multiple software implementations and has developed both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies.
Experience
- Experience in means of payment such as: SPEI, SPID, TEF, SWIFT, CoDi
- Experience in Mexican banking regulations (BANXICO, CNBV)
- Experience in Interprets technical requirements
- Experience in projects within the banking/financial sector.
- 5+ years of designing scalable robust enterprise applications with different architectures, design patterns, interface types and technologies, using code and security standards and best practices
- 5+ years of End-2-End Project Management experience
- Capable of facing off with senior regional executives in Mexico
- International experience
- Proficient in English as second language (INDISPENSABLE)
