As a Chatbot Management Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital solutions to automate key chat-based customer service processes across our Call Center and CRM. Your goal will be to deliver a seamless and unified experience for our customers across all digital channels. You'll also lead the standardization and automation of communication processes during flight disruptions to ensure clear, timely, and consistent updates to our customers.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in process automation, customer experience, CRM, or digital platforms
- Knowledge of AI languages, chatbots, software development, CRM tools, and APIs
- Advanced English proficiency
What you'll be doing:
- Continuously monitor operations and market trends to enhance and develop digital solutions
- Implement new features to digitize and automate tasks currently handled by Call Center agents
- Ensure a consistent digital experience across all customer channels (Omnichannel)
- Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of all digital communication platforms
