Junior Analyst – Process Optimization & Architecture

Job Description

At Hershey, we are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Process Optimization & PMO team and help drive global operational transformation. This role is essential for analyzing, documenting, and redesigning processes to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and deliver value to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to map current and future processes (AS IS / TO BE).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and simplification.
• Document processes and maintain an updated organizational process library.
• Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking to analyze data and propose improvements.
• Work closely with Technology, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Update manuals, guides, and playbooks as processes and technologies evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report.
• At least 1 year of experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping, Agile, Design Thinking, and business requirements definition.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
