We are in search of a seasoned Lead SAP PMO Manager with a solid background in project management or account management background. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SAP project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, and delivering value through effective project governance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager.

• Demonstrable track record of managing SAP project portfolios.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.

• Advanced level of English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the SAP PMO strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead the SAP PMO team, providing direction, and mentorship.

• Develop and enforce best practices for project management, ensuring consistent project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Provide executive reporting on project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO and project teams.
