Requirements
Graduated in Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Automotive Engineer or similar
1–2-year experience as Sales executive or sales engineer preferably in the manufacturing industry.
English : Advanced
Responsibilities:
Maintains and develops relationships with customers' management and technical representatives.
Directly contacts existing customers/ potential customers to recommend lubricants that meet their needs.
Develop sales proposals and find solutions for customers supply.
Interfaces with internal staff to respond technical requirements, recommendations, and support to customers.
Customers follow up, including orders placement, product delivery, payments, and debits control.
Interaction with contracted manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, and services providers, in all topics related to product quality, health and safety.
Secures product availability by providing accurate forecast to logistics team.
Participates in industry fairs to increase brand awareness and prospect new customers.
Conduct training to customers regarding products.
Develop business through Indirect Channel when applicable.
