The position is a telecom professional with knowledge in IP networks and services with experience in Troubleshooting and Datacomm Customer support.
Responsibilities:
Routine preventive actions for Customers as Network Health Check.
Risk identification and clearance.
Support Customers to handle Routers, Switches and Firewall devices failures to find service restoration.
Trobleshoot problems related to Data networks and handle rectifications to prevent service impact.
Requirements:
B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent.
+5 years in the telecom industry
Ability to build good customer relationship at all levels
Knowledge and experience on troubleshooting Data networks, focused on routing and switching technologies.
Knowledge on dynamic routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP.
Familiar with Network Management systems like U2000/NCE or third party like Orion.
Network information security troubleshooting and handling of firewalls and security devices.
Familiar with Enterprise LAN Network design and troubleshoot, experience handling AP and Wifi controllers.
Conversational English Level is a must
Full time 100% on site Santa Fe, CDMX.
