Responsibilities:
1.- Fans Community Management:
-Build and maintain our brand's user community in the local market to enhance user engagement and retention.
-Plan and organize online and offline activities tailored to local culture to drive user participation and content creation.
-Manage user feedback, promptly addressing community issues to improve user satisfaction.

2.- KOC Content Management:
-Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all community initiatives.
-Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs). Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) to enhance brand reputation and increase social media reach.
-Maintain strong relationships with core users, fans in the local market, organize regular online and offline events.
-Manage KOC involvement in campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met in terms of quality, timeline, and brand guidelines.
3.- Community Event Operations:
-Plan, organize, and execute a variety of community events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
-Engage in our brand's collaborations with mobile games, developing corporation events with related gaming communities.
-Create gaming-related events and topics to increase engagement between the brand and gaming communities.
4.- Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Regularly analyze user and community data, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to optimize operational strategies.
-Prepare monthly user and community reports, providing insights for optimization.
