Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including payroll, training, audits, organizational design, labor relations and events. This role requires a versatile individual with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and policies. The HR Generalist will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, develop and implement training programs, conduct internal audits to ensure compliance, design organizational structures, and coordinate company events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime calculations.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries related to payroll.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Audits and Compliance:
Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare and maintain audit documentation and reports.
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Organizational Design:
Analyze and design organizational structures to optimize efficiency and support business objectives.
Develop job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities for new and existing positions.
Collaborate with department heads to align organizational design with strategic goals.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate company events, including employee engagement activities, team-building events, and corporate meetings.
Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Ensure successful execution of events, including post-event evaluations and feedback.
Requirements:
3+ years in a HR department.
Engineering or Bachelor's degree.
English (mandatory)
On site position 100%
