This role will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR teams, supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management in Workday, and general HR inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline support to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and services.
Manage employee data in our HRIS (Workday): personal, organizational, compensation, leave, and document management.
Coordinate the full onboarding and offboarding process.
Act as a liaison between HR and Payroll.
Run standard and ad-hoc HR reports.
Support compliance activities, including audits and legal postings.
Participate in special projects and system testing as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
1 years of experience in HR or a service-oriented environment, preferably in a corporate or multicultural setting.
Previous experience in a Shared Services or HRIS environment is a plus. Workday experience highly desirable.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience with Agile or SAFe methodology is a strong plus.
