• Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.

? Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.

? Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.

? Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.

? Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.

? Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.

? Financial Management: Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience in a growth/marketing role.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

? Excellent organizational and time management skills.

? Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
