Objective:
Accountable for creating and delivering marketing tactics and advertising campaigns. Responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of interactive advertising and e-commerce programs and packages. Manages the marketing and implementation of programs and analyzes their effectiveness. Responsible for planning and market research activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share. Identifies and maintains relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc.
Support in planning and execution of events, trade shows, digital campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities, including ROI management and reporting;
Preparing creative briefs to send to agencies;
Securing internal approvals and payments approval for marketing activities;
Manage activity claims, proof of execution submission to vendors, and payments follow up;
Lead digital marketing activities, compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts;
Monthly marketing reports and vendor claim books update;
Responsible for coordinating with digital team supporting all design-related projects, from creating a designer's brief/concept to controlling and reviewing the design submissions and completion;
Supporting Actions:
Manage administrative tasks related to marketing procurement;
Making sure activities are well planned and completed on time;
Digital marketing skills;
Negotiation skills to manage and optimize suppliers performance;
Events & trade shows management skills;
Prepare budgets, reports and manage finance function;
Help in planning & execution of marketing activities for vendors;
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

Which Talent do you bring?
2 - 5 years of experience in a marketing position with an international company;
Should have ability to prioritize, multi-task & meet strict deadlines;
Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
A fluent spoken & written English is a must;
Good knowledge of excel & power point, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus;
Understanding of Branding and Design guidelines;
Experience in content creation, press releases, writing social media posts & promoting content on social media;
Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads;
Eloqua/Oracle automation tool or any other mailing tool is an advantage.
