Customer Success and Innovation Specialist
Job Description:
The Customer Success and Innovation Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by leveraging innovative strategies and solutions.
This position will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable insights, and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our high-profile clients.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, digital marketing savvy, and skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with AAA clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- • Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions to improve their experience and satisfaction.
- • Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams to quickly address and resolve any issues.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
- • Use tools and surveys (CSAT, NPS) to monitor and measure customer satisfaction.
- • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- • Quickly and effectively resolve any customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Innovation and Business Development:
- • Understand customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable insights for internal teams.
- • Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value.
- • Foster a culture of innovation by proposing new solutions and improvements that benefit customers.
Requirements:
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer management or customer success roles, especially with AAA clients.
- • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally
- Visa and passport
Skills and Competencies:
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
- • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with the drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
