What you'll do:

• Design and execute the annual marketing, advertising, media, and market research plan.
• Define positioning and digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the Commercial and General Management teams, as well as distributors.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as market share, campaign performance, and sales by segment and region.
• Identify business opportunities, new products, and potential distributors.
• Coordinate training and development programs for your team.
• Contribute to the company's annual strategic planning process.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research across traditional, modern, and conventional channels.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, positioning, and quantitative/qualitative research.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and emotional intelligence.
