MAIN GOAL
Establishment of work conditions for Injection Moulding area according to ZKW requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate product or process changes.
- Monitoring of injection moulding process.
- Participation at audits, communication of audit results, implementation of optimization measures.
- Achievement of production targets (OEE, target time, quantity, scrap, rework, elimination of wastings).
- Achievement of cost targets.
- Yearly cost center planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed school of technical engineer or comparable training with min. 5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- At least 5 years of experience with leading a team.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment and plastic injection moulding.
- Advance English.
