Descripción
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate supervision of the activities carried out by the personnel under their charge: Supervisors and Inspectors.
- Ensure the quality of material inputs.
- Management, planning and programming of work activities.
- Analyze the results of the samplings in all the material that enters the Factory.
- Analyze the evaluations and analyses carried out on goods, raw materials and materials.
- Analyze temperature and relative humidity percentage reports.
- Analyze the Quality Control reports of the Production areas.
- Follow up on sensory analyses.
- Ensure compliance with NOM-251 (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Support the head of the Quality System to ensure compliance with the Quality System.
- Attention and analysis of product quality complaints.
- Supplier evaluation and development.
- Development of indicator boards.
- Perform analysis and reports of quality indicators.
- Contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.
Non-essential roles and responsibilities:

- Purchases related to the Quality Control Department.
- Report to the Factory Manager the deviations or non-conformities that occur during the Production Process.
- Generate reports of findings in Production, reception of materials, raw materials, GMP'S, infrastructure, which will be presented to the Factory Management.
- Properly use facilities, personal protective equipment, work tools, and work equipment.
- Safeguard the safety and integrity of the personnel under their charge.
- Attend trainings, group sessions and other activities that are part of the Development and/or Training process.
- Actively participate in the Health and Safety Commission.
- Actively participate in the different emergency brigades.
- Participation in audits related to Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and Quality System.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Detection of Training Needs of the Quality Control Department.
- Implementation and Development of statistical analysis; sampling plans.
- Scrupulously observe the matters that he knows by reason of his work.
- Submit, where appropriate, to medical examinations and other regulations in force.
- Submit to the exams for the evaluation of knowledge and skills or work competence that are required.
