Krones Mex is looking for an IMPORT MANAGER with experience in our sector. If you have a degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields, you live in Mexico City, have experience in imports and are fluent in English.

This person will be in charge of planning, directing and coordinating all activities related to the management of Imports, Exports and Certifications necessary for the Foreign Trade area of ??the company, as well as providing and promoting an exceptional operational excellence service and at the same time promoting a culture of respect, collaboration and oriented towards high performance and results.
Crucial functions/responsibilities:
· Re-design, develop and implement effective strategies necessary for the Foreign Trade operation.
· Plan and manage the Imports team.
· Maintain close communication with Customs Agents
· Prepare analysis, statistical reports and KPIs
· Ensure that all operations comply with the laws and regulations of both the country of origin and the destination.
· Actively work supporting internal and external clients in the initial stages of developing new projects.
Professional degree requirements:
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or related careers.
Experience Requirements:
· At least 8 to 10 years of experience in management positions in the area of ??Foreign Trade.
· Have a solid knowledge of customs regulations and trade treaties.
· Extensive knowledge to obtain, manage and maintain different certifications or licenses required to operate, such as: Immex, Sectoral Programs (Prosec), Second Rule, Eighth Rule, OAS (Authorized Economic Operator), C-TPAT, Review at Origin, Prior at Origin, strategic fiscal area, virtual operations, VAT and IEPS Certification, Annexes 24 and Annex 31.
· Preferably with experience in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing industries where you have been in charge of managing Foreign Trade activities.
· Knowledge of Tariff Classification.
· Significant experience in Excel (dynamic tables and graphs, etc.), PowerBI, Access reporting skills is required and experience in ERP (SAP) is preferred.

· Advanced English is a must.
