REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Experience in an automotive company indispensable
- Degree of studies: INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OR FINISHED
- Advanced English 90% (spoken, read and written)
- Knowledge in Customer Service, follow-up to Purchase Orders / Excel Management / Management of databases of several customers at the same time, experience with FORD (desirable)
- Analytical / Responsible / Disciplined
- Willingness to travel (visa and valid passport)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Receive and verify written or verbal purchase orders from customers, either directly from the customer or through sales personnel.
Receive and respond, within established guidelines, to customer inquiries and complaints.
Verifies inventory availability and enters order for product shipment, tracks delivery dates and notifies customer of delays (if any).
Maintains all appropriate files and records related to customer orders and shipments.
Knows the company's products, new products and changes to existing products; this is provided by the manufacturing team
Alerts the appropriate team to significant production issues that may result in delays in product availability
Maintains frequent communication with Manufacturing, Sales, Estimating, Shipping and Accounting departments.
Handles various customer portals. Example: FORD, Stellantis, GM, BMW
Support and work in conjunction with the logistics department.
