Job Summary:

A multinational company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team. This is a fully remote position, working directly with the company's subsidiaries in the United States and Germany. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring transactions are accurate, comply with internal policies, and maintaining effective communication with international teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable:
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoice issuance to collections.
• Follow up and control overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes.
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and payment terms.
• Accounts Payable:
• Process and record invoices received from suppliers, ensuring correct allocation to the appropriate accounts.
• Manage payments to suppliers, ensuring timely payment.
• Collaborate on the reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Prepare accounts payable reports and assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel (advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
• Advanced English to effectively communicate with international teams (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, with autonomy, in a remote work environment.
• Effective communication skills and organization to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes, with a focus on accuracy and deadline compliance.

Preferred:

• Experience working with international teams (preferably in the United States or Europe).
• Knowledge of international accounting standards.
