ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Review accounts and make in-house collection calls

Reconcile discrepancies on assigned accounts

Generate monthly statements for Sales Managers.

Provide updated account status as requested.

Work with appropriate personnel/departments to resolve collection issues.

Document contact with customer.

Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, your team and the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of collections experience in an accounting environment.

Strong PC skills are required.

Monday-Frida 8am to 5pm.
