It's looking for your experience & talent as

Position: TAX MANAGER

Main role & responsibilities:

- Leading TAX team for several tax issues, at least 10 years

- Extensive knowledge of MFRS, IFRS and USGAAP

- Tax defense procedures (Conclusive agreement, administrative appeal, Mutual agreement procedure, Nullity claim and Amparo)

- Advanced pricing agreement

-Cross boarder transactions

- Attention to audits by SAT (directly for federal taxes and indirectly for foreign trade audits) and US authorities

- Attention to external financial auditors, including preparation of tax report

- Actions to face federal/local tax changes

- Transfer pricing rules and its effect on daily operation

- Federal taxes calculation (Income tax, Value added tax, Withholdings, etc)

- Preparation and analysis of basic financial statements on a quarterly basis

- Attention to HQ internal audits, including remediation of deficiencies

- Contracts review

- IVA Calculation

Requirements [As must]

- Public accountant

- English conversation

- 5 years experience in manufacturing Company as TAX leader with a headcount at least of 3,000 people.
