JD CORDINATOR FINANCE

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: entry of financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Invoice Management: Process and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify transactions and balances.

Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation and review of expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company guidelines.

Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, providing necessary data for management review.

Documentation: Maintain organized financial documents and files, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and reviews.

Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and information.

Customer Service: Respond to internal inquiries related to financial processes and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or in progress).

Experience: Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is a plus, but not mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with various departments.
