Role Summary
The Graphic Designer will create and prepare collateral materials, qualification packages, presentations, and business proposals aimed at new acquisitions and community outreach. Reporting to Office Leadership and the Marketing Leader, the ideal candidate is a positive and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can refine and finalize work, including setting up print for the final production phase.
Main Tasks
- Oversee design projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
- Set and maintain design standards to ensure consistent branding across offline and digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance PowerPoint templates, slides, and other design assets.
- Collaborate with content creators and cross-functional teams to integrate design elements effectively.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to internal processes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Apply strong design principles, including typography, color theory, and usability.
- Prepare digital files for large format printing, plotter, and other outputs using various graphics software.
- Perform color correction, including PMS color matching, and resolve production issues.
- Develop and manage color profiles using Onyx, Colorgate, and other RIP packages.
- Organize and maintain computer hardware and operating systems, including Mac OS and Windows.
- Operate and maintain flatbed and large format scanners.
- Produce print advertising materials and create production-ready files.
- Optimize assets for production, handle proofing, and resolve any artwork issues.
- Provide image retouching and manipulation as needed.
- Create PDFs for review and collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure accurate project deliverables and timelines.
- Generate soft and hard copy proofs for internal review.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Good knowledge of English language (C1)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- +3 years proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital design, and preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- High competency level Google Apps Suite (including Google Slides), as well as Microsoft Outlook and Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- nowledge of information management software, such as Power BI.
- Desired experience with project management software.
- Experience with or a preference for working with an international team.
