Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
1 year of experience in a similar position.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Experience in customer service.
Conversational to advanced English is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide proper assistance to visitors and manage registration, screening, and access control.
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately and promptly.
Keep the internal phone extension and staff cellphone directory updated.
Manage and control office supplies and promotional materials.
Manage flight bookings and hotel reservations for staff.
Assist in booking and managing meeting room reservations.
Generate administrative and operational shipping labels if necessary.
Record and validate staff attendance.
Manage and reconcile petty cash expenses.
Register payments in the operational and administrative system and compile payment folders.
Enter cost data into the operational and administrative system.
Support accounts payable activities for month-end closing.
Assist with HR events if requested.
